Styrofoam Snowman Christmas Decoration 4" Snowman

Christmas snowman decoration. 

Stands 4 inches tall. He has on a red Santa hat with a red and white scarf. Stick arms and a carrot nose. Shimmery platform to resemble glistening snow. There is no makers mark. it could be handmade. There are a couple spots of black paint on the snowman near one of the black buttons. We obtained this item from an estate sale. It is previously owned.
