Antique Bisque Porcelain Woman Figurine 10 Inch Figurine

Porcelain woman figurine with lavender dress. 

We obtained this item from an estate sale among many other antiques. The price sticker from the collector is on the inside of the figurine underneath. Pastel colors of lavender, cream, pink and blue. I can't make out the writing on the inside underneath. See photos. She stands approximately 10 inches tall. Her dress a crack on the back ruffle edge probably from age. See photo. It looks like it is possibly a German figurine.
