Happy Thanksgiving from the Chickenmash Farm family.

Happy Thanksgiving

We might not be celebrating thanksgiving in the traditional way this year with a large gathering of family and friends but that does not mean we are not thankful. We still plan on cooking a turkey with all the fixings. I think of a quote from Dr. Edith Eva Eger. She told how her mother told her "we don't know what's going to happen, just remember, no one can take away from you what you put in your mind.

No Matter what 2020 has taken away this year we keep in mind a time of peace, joy and thanksgiving.

This year was a year of a lot of firsts. One thing Covid-19 has done is made families spend more time together and for that I am very thankful. A time of wearing masks in public that is a first for me and I imagine for most of us. It has been a year of no toilet paper on the shelves for another thing. We did what a lot of families did this year - used empty toilet paper rolls as craft projects for the kids. They had a great time. We made everything from mermaids to space aliens. We have been documenting and taking pictures of everything. We even made a Covid-19 time capsule book for each one of the grandkids. This is a time they can look back and remember time well spent together. Although thanksgiving might not look the way we want it to this year we can still take on the adventure that 2020 has given us and see where we go from here.

We especially want to take this time to tell you thank you for your support. No order is a small order to us. We know you work hard and couldn't be more thankful that you entrusted us to deliver quality products to your door.

Happy Thanksgiving, The Mash Family
